It may come as a surprise to some, but penis enlargement using traction devices goes back almost as far as man does. Devices like pumps that we would recognize began to appear in the ‘20’s and ‘30’s, and could be bought via mail order, but in most cases, they were sold under a different name or with a different purpose to disguise the taboo nature of what they were actually for.
