The Penis Size vs. Race Debate
Of all the myths and “facts” that surround the penis size debate, maybe the most enduring one is that African-American or Black people have the largest penis sizes, while people of Asian decent have the smallest.
Many different studies over the years have looked at penis size and race. And the overwhelming majority of these studies have shown that there is no correlation whatsoever with race and penis size. There are Japanese men with giant penises and there are Black men with small ones. There is no consistent trend at all, yet the myth of Blacks being “hung like horses” continues.
One recent study showed that Caucasians actually had the largest penises, with an average size of 6.4 inches. Blacks came in second with an average size of 6.1. Hispanics were third at 5.9 and those identifying as Asians were last with an average of 5.5 when erect. While this does seem to reinforce the stereotype of Asians having the smallest penises, it doesn’t reinforce the idea that Blacks are the largest. And considering the population explosion in Asia in the last 50 years, its safe to say that penis size and fertility have anything to do with each other.
Other studies, including ones done by respected experts at the Kinsey Institute, have shown similar results. A late-90’s study showed that Russians had the largest penises in the world on average, while Canadian men had the smallest. Other studies have shown that certain parts of Asia have much larger penis sizes then other sections.
What all of this boils down to is that there is no correlation at all between race and penis size. One thing you can expect is that if a person is taller than you, say a Black basketball player, he is likely to have a penis in proportion of the rest of his body. There is also a false correlation between penis size and intelligence that has no merit. For years, people considered Asians the most intelligent since they have the smallest penises, Caucasians to have moderate intelligence and a moderate penis size and Blacks to be the least intelligent and have the largest penises. This is obviously false but stereotypes and myths continue to persist on the connection between penis size and all sorts of other things.
In scientific circles, the debate over race and penis size doesn’t exist. It was settled decades ago when the first studies showed no correlation, but that doesn’t stop people from believing what they want to.
